Audit-grade by default
Every number traces back to the assumption it came from. No black boxes, no orphaned cells; pricing you can defend line by line.
We're a small New Zealand team of quantity surveyors, estimators and engineers who got tired of bending our work to fit the software, so we built one that bends to fit us instead.
Conflow started on a Friday afternoon in Auckland, after the third pricing error that month traced back to a broken spreadsheet link. We'd spent a decade between us running estimates, adjudicating subcontractor returns and forecasting cost-to-complete, and the tools never quite fit how New Zealand construction actually works.
So we built it ourselves. Not another generic ERP bent to fit, but a system shaped around the quantity surveyor's workflow: rates built up from first principles, every assumption auditable, every number traceable back to the worksheet it came from.
Today Conflow is used by QS and construction teams across the country, from civil contractors to commercial builders. We still sit with every customer, map how they price, and build to suit. That's the part we won't give up.
Four commitments that shape every feature we ship and every estimate our customers trust.
Every number traces back to the assumption it came from. No black boxes, no orphaned cells; pricing you can defend line by line.
We don't bend your process to fit the software. We map how your team prices, then shape the system to suit. Most clients are live in about a month.
Behind every unit rate sits a worksheet of labour, plant, materials, subcontract. Build rates up the way you'd cost them on paper.
Built with QS and construction teams across NZ, hosted on Azure in-region. Your data never leaves the country.
Quantity surveyors, estimators and engineers who've stood on the sites and run the tenders Conflow is built for.
Tell us how your team estimates and forecasts. We'll show you Conflow on your own numbers, and map what it'd take to fit the way you work.
