One system, in job order

The tender price and the job cost live in one place.

Most contractors price in one tool and track the job in spreadsheets. Conflow carries the same lines from the estimate to the final claim.

01 · ESTIMATE

Import the client's schedule. Build every rate from first principles.

Bring in the Schedule of Quantities from Excel. Price each line from labour, plant and materials, with your own price books and reusable recipes.

  • SoQ import from Excel with column mapping and a preview
  • Price books and recipes you build once and reuse
  • Anomaly review finds zero rates and empty lines before you submit
0 lines retyped from the client's schedule

02 · ADJUDICATE

Line up every subcontractor return. Award it, set the margin, publish.

Send subcontractors a pricing request and bring their returns back in. Compare like for like, award, and see the tender price change before you commit.

  • Quote comparison with inclusions and exclusions tagged
  • Commercials: cost, margin and tender price on one screen

03 · PROJECTS

Won the job? The estimate becomes the project budget.

No re-keying and no new spreadsheet. The budget keeps every line and every build-up from the tender, and actual costs land against those same lines.

  • Construction budget created from the won estimate
  • Same lines, same codes, same build-ups
  • Import the MS Project programme and link tasks to items
0 lines re-keyed from estimate to budget

Enter the cost to complete on each line. Conflow adds it to the cost to date and shows the variance against budget. Current Position sums up the whole job.

  • Cost to complete on every budget line
  • Variations priced with the same worksheet as the estimate
  • Current Position for the whole job, ready for the monthly report

06 · AI PLUGIN

Work in Conflow from Claude Code or Codex.

Connect your own Claude Code or Codex to your Conflow organisation. Ask how to do something, look up a rate, or have it update a worksheet. Your open Conflow tab follows along as it works.

  • You approve the connection: read only, or read and change
  • It works inside your own role, and sees only what you can see
  • Big steps, like submitting a tender, wait for you to approve them in Conflow
  • Admins switch AI access on or off for the organisation
  • Every change goes into the audit log as made through Claude Code or Codex
Stop it at any time from your Conflow tab

Integrations

Works with the tools you already use.

XeroCompanies and contacts kept in step.
ExcelSoQ import, quote returns and claim packs.
MS ProjectProgramme import, tasks linked to items.
Security and trust

Your organisation, kept to itself.

Conflow runs each company as a separate organisation, with its own people, its own data and its own sign-in link.

Separate organisations

Every estimate, project and price book belongs to one organisation. People in one organisation cannot see the work of another.

Invite only

There is no public sign-up. We create your organisation, and your admin invites each person by email.

Roles and permissions

Give estimators, project managers and admins the access they need, and no more.

Audit log

Every change is recorded: who changed what, and when.

AI on your terms

AI tools connect only when a person approves them. Your admin can switch AI access off for the whole organisation.

Made for New Zealand

Built in Auckland, priced in NZD, and written in the terms NZ civil teams use: SoQ, retentions and progress claims. We confirm where your data is kept before you sign.

How onboarding works

From a demo to your team at work in Conflow.

There is no sign-up form to fill in. We do the setup with you, on your own data.

  1. 01STEP 1

    Book a demo

We show you Conflow on a civil job, or on your own SoQ. We answer your questions and talk through price.

  2. 02STEP 2

    We set up your organisation

We create your organisation and its sign-in link, and load your price book, recipes and resources with you.

  3. 03STEP 3

    Your team joins

Your admin gets an invitation email, sets a password and invites the team. Then you price a live tender, with us beside you.

Questions

Is there a free trial?

No. We show you Conflow in a demo, on a civil job or on your own Schedule of Quantities. If it fits, we set up your organisation with you.

How do we get an account?

There is no public sign-up. When you decide to go ahead, we create your organisation and invite your first users. Your admin then invites the rest of the team and sets their roles.

How much does Conflow cost?

Conflow is one annual subscription for your company. Talk to us for a price. See pricing.

Can we bring in our SoQ and our price book?

Yes. You import the client's SoQ from Excel: map the columns once and see a preview before anything is created. During setup we load your price book, recipes and resources with you.

Which systems does Conflow connect to?

Xero, for companies and contacts. You can also import from Excel and MS Project. Talk to us if you use something else.

Do we need the AI plugin?

No, it is optional. If your team uses Claude Code or Codex, each person can connect their own account to Conflow. Your admin decides if AI access is on for the organisation.

Where is our data kept?

We confirm the hosting region with you before you sign. Each organisation's data is kept separate, and every change is recorded in an audit log.

We already use Conflow. How do we log in?

Use Log in at the top of the page, or the sign-in link in your invitation email.
